If your order remains on hold for longer than 12 hours, and your e-transfer is still pending, this is because our system has not received your payment.
If your e-Transfer has not been accepted this could because of a number of reasons:
Our system is unable to match your payment to your order. This issue occurs when no order number is included in the notes section of your e-Transfer and the email is different to that of the email you have registered with your profile.
Our system has not received your e-Transfer because you have sent the payment to the incorrect email address.
Our system is unable to accept the e-Transfer because you have not included the correct question and answer as stated in the payment instructions.
In this situation, although you see a withdrawal of payment come out from your account, your bank has actually suspended the transaction of funds and we have not received payment for your order. The funds are then reversed by the bank and returned to your account. (Please note a reversal of funds can take up to 72 hours to complete and be visible on your online banking).
The reason the transaction has been suspended is that your bank views the payment being made to an unfamiliar vendor, marks the transaction as suspicious, and then blocks the transaction to protect your account from theft.
To complete the payment for your order using Interac Online, you must contact your bank and verify your identity against the transaction made. Once you have verified this initial transaction with the bank, this should not become a reoccurring issue for future purchases with BuyBCWeedOnline.com.
No, there is no minimum order required for any orders. However, if you order over $300 before taxes you’ll receive FREE shipping on your order.
FREE shipping is included on all orders over $99.99 before taxes. We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 for regional orders (BC, AB, SK, MB) & $25 for national orders (ON, QC, NL, NB, PEI, NS).
We ship from the province of British Columbia (BC) and deliver nationwide across Canada. Shipment is made through Canada Post Express and can take between 1-3 business days excluding holidays, from the time you receive your package's tracking number and link.
If you place your order and make a payment before 2PM PST (Mon - Fri excluding holidays) your order will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that if you place your order and pay for it over the weekend, then your order will be shipped out to you the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped out to you, although most packages arrive in 1-3 business days, you should allow up to 5 business days if you do not reside in an easily accessible neighbourhood.
Note: When tracking your package please look for the status "Item out for delivery" indicating that the package has left the sorting facility and is on its way to your location. Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Some customers ask for the Safe Drop delivery option. Please understand that if we do select this option that we can no longer insure your product in the event of a loss.
However, we do continue to insure and cover the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option.

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong direction, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. This can happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days. If you still do not receive your package within 5 business days please get in touch with our order desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We generally email you the tracking number prior to the package being scanned at the postal office. Until your package has been scanned in, your tracking information will not be available for tracking on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you do not get your package 2 business days after the expected arrival date excluding holidays, contact us immediately and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to 2 weeks to complete. Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a 'one-time' replacement free of charge.
